As an additional service, the Website may allow users to voluntarily submit their personal data to a licensed credit intermediary – a Homio partner – for the purpose of obtaining an individual mortgage loan offer.

Homio does not provide credit intermediation services, does not assess users’ creditworthiness, and does not make decisions regarding the approval or granting of loans.

All communication, agreements, and transactions occur directly between the user and the developer.

When using the mortgage loan offer service, Homio solely forwards the personal data voluntarily provided by the user to the licensed credit intermediary. Homio is not responsible for:

• the terms of the proposed financing;
• any approval or rejection decision;
• the actions or omissions of the credit intermediary;
• any subsequent relationship between the user and the credit intermediary.

6. Permitted Use

• voluntarily submitting a request to receive a mortgage loan offer through a Homio partner.

Users may not:

7. Requesting a Mortgage Loan Offer

Homio is not a credit intermediary within the meaning of the applicable legislation and does not participate in the review, approval, or granting of loans.

After submitting the form, any relationship between the user and the credit intermediary is governed exclusively by the terms and policies of the respective credit intermediary.
