Vitosha Residency

Vitosha Residency is a new residential building with a clear premium positioning, created with a focus on comfortable urban living and long-term property value. The project combines modern architecture with clean lines, high windows and a representative facade that emphasizes the feeling of class from the first contact.

The building is planned with functional layouts and a selection of solutions that really affect everyday life: energy-efficient triple-glazed windows for better heat and noise insulation and a natural gas heating system built for the entire building, with copper wiring in each apartment. The common areas are designed according to a design concept and create a “luxurious” feeling right from the entrance lobby.

Practicality is solved at the parking level – underground and above-ground parking spaces are provided, located on the ground floor and basement, which is a key advantage for an urban environment. On the ground floor there is a reception with a coffee shop – a cozy area for meetings and a short break, which adds additional value to the concept of the building.
