Syn3rgy II

YN3RGY II is a residential building in a prestigious urban area of ​​Sofia, on 7 Hristaki Pavlovich Street, conceived as a natural continuation of the proven concept from the first stage of SYN3RGY. The project is based on the idea of ​​functional apartments, high quality of execution and solutions that are actually felt in everyday life – more light, better acoustics and a higher standard of common areas.

The building is planned as energy efficient (class A) with a curtain wall Reynaers Aluminium and sound insulation Sanit Gobanit, and the vertical communication is solved with a KONE elevator of the latest generation. From the point of view of comfort and security, central heating, keyless access via smartphone, entrance doors with the option of unlocking with a fingerprint and video surveillance are provided.
