Shepa

Shepa is a contemporary urban residential building with a distinctive Y-shaped architecture and a clear concept of “living with community”. The project combines residential spaces with commercial levels and a multifunctional hall designed for meetings, events and shared initiatives of the residents. The residential part includes various typologies – studios, lofts and one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed with an emphasis on functionality and a sense of spaciousness. The architectural idea shows industrial details, large glazing and a premium appearance in the common areas, where light and materials are used as part of the design. Underground levels for parking and storage are provided, which is a highly practical solution for an urban property of this class.

In terms of execution, the building is planned with a solid monolithic reinforced concrete structure and brick masonry, with attention to energy efficiency and durability. The facade and details are designed in a modern, representative style, and the engineering systems allow for flexible equipment and individual solutions according to the needs of future owners.
