Rozhen residence

Rozhen residence is a premium residential building in the most peaceful and green part of the Tolstoy district, on a quiet street near Rozhen Blvd. The concept is simple: fewer neighbors and more personal space — a total of 23 apartments in the entire building, which actually makes the environment quieter, more predictable and easier to maintain.
