Ovcha Kupel 2 district

A city residential building in Ovcha Kupel 2, combining residential levels with ground floor shops and underground parking. This is a format that works practically: at the entrance you have an active urban environment (commercial ground floor), and upwards — residential floors with logical distributions and terraces.
