The project is a multi-family residential building with a small number of apartments and a functional concept, oriented towards a peaceful living environment and practical everyday life. The layouts are mainly in the family segment, and the building is provided with garages, parking spaces and storage rooms, which solves the key problem of parking and storage in an urban environment.

The implementation is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete structure and ceramic brickwork, as well as elements that increase the comfort of use – five-chamber PVC windows with triple glazing, completed electrical and plumbing installations according to the project, granite tiles on the terraces and prepared routes for air conditioning systems. The apartments are handed over in a degree of completion that allows for quick completion according to the owner’s taste, without engaging in heavy construction activities on installations and basic preparations.
