Moreni Club Residence

Moreni Club Residence is a large-scale residential complex in Sofia, set at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, close to Ring Mall and IKEA. The concept is “nature-first without losing the city”: clean air, open space, sunlight, and convenient daily connectivity.

The development follows a low-rise, spacious masterplan with buildings positioned to maximize daylight and airflow (east–west orientation). Vehicle traffic is pushed to the perimeter, while the interior emphasizes landscaped pedestrian alleys, water features, and recreational areas.

The project is positioned as a gated residential environment with controlled access, CCTV, and 24/7 security. For heating and cooling, the complex promotes clean-energy solutions such as natural gas and modern air-conditioning systems, alongside energy-efficient building measures.
