Luxury residential building “Marina Residence” is a distinctive project inspired by the opportunity to live close to the greenery and tranquility of nature. It is located in the Sotira area – one of the few remaining natural corners and is only 15 minutes by car from the center of Varna and 7 minutes from the Sea Garden. According to the project, the building will have an area of ​​4037 sq. meters and will have 33 functionally distributed two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments and indoor and outdoor parking spaces.

When planning the complex, main attention was paid to the convenience and safety of future residents.
