Margaritka is a small, boutique building in the southern part of Malinova Dolina — a format for people who want peace and light, not “an entrance with 200 neighbors”. 11 apartments on 4 floors is the right math for a peaceful environment: less traffic in the common areas, easier maintenance and a more predictable quality of living.

It is designed with an east-west orientation and two- and three-bedroom apartments, with the idea of ​​all-day sunlight — this is a detail that really affects comfort and resale price.
