Jasmine is a residential building in the southern part of Malinova Dolina, planned as a “family” product: two- and three-room apartments with functional layouts and all-day sunlight. The East-West orientation is right for this area, because the buyer is really chasing light and a feeling of spaciousness, not “beautiful renderings”.
The key plus here is that the ground floor apartments are provided with their own yard spaces — this makes it much easier to sell to families and people with pets, because they get a “house-like feeling” without leaving Sofia.
The current status of the project is Act 14, which is already a stage in which buyers want specifics about the finishing works and the terms of commissioning.
