Izgrev II

Izgrev II is the second phase of a larger residential development, extending the established Izgrev neighbourhood concept with four additional residential buildings. The project focuses on functional layouts, contemporary architecture and convenient infrastructure for year-round living.

The current buildings primarily offer one- and two-bedroom residences, many of which include additional basement storage or attic spaces. Future buildings are planned to follow the same architectural language while introducing further improvements in energy efficiency and landscaping.

A major advantage is the proximity to a large retail area and convenient access to the city’s main road network. Garages and free outdoor parking are planned for residents, supporting practical everyday use of the development.
