Iskar Park

Iskar Park Residence is a large urban project next to the Druzhba metro station, designed for people who want a quick connection to the center and convenience in everyday life, without living “on compromise” with the infrastructure.

The building is ten-story, divided into three entrances, with logic for different types of families and different usage scenarios – from more compact apartments to more spacious apartments and penthouses with panoramic views.

The important plus here is the parking: two underground levels plus yard parking spaces, which actually solves the most painful issue of Druzhba 2. This directly affects the comfort and future liquidity upon resale.

The project also focuses on “territory”, and not only on the entrance and elevator: rich landscaping and shared spaces for residents are provided. This makes the feeling closer to a complex environment, without being a typical gated complex.
