Forest Apartments2 is a modern five-story residential complex located in a green and peaceful area in the AlenMak area, close to the city of Varna and the beaches of Kabakum and Golden Sands. The project area covers approximately 3711 m².

The complex offers various types of housing: smart apartments, one- and two-bedroom units with areas ranging from 21 m² to 102 m². The apartments offer views of the oak forest, and some offer a cozy terrace or patio for direct contact with nature.

Residents will have a number of amenities: an indoor/outdoor heated pool that is open year-round for relaxation and sunbathing; a parking lot with approximately 30 parking spaces near the building; a closed and guarded area with 24-hour security and video surveillance.

Construction features:

Foundations: monolithic reinforced concrete structure.

External walls: ceramic block 250mm + thermal insulation foam 50mm; partition walls between the apartments made of ceramic block.

Heating system: electric convectors and air conditioning.

Ceiling height: 2.80m (first to fifth floor).

The overall concept of the project focuses on combining modern comfort and tranquility in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but in close proximity to the sea and the amenities of city life.
