Domina

Domina is a contemporary residential building, conceived as an “architectural game” with a clearly recognizable volumetric-spatial composition and pronounced facade accents. The project focuses on functional distributions and well-thought-out living spaces, created to meet the real needs of modern urban everyday life.

The building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete construction and brickwork, with solutions for energy efficiency and comfort: triple glazing, high-class entrance doors and facade elements with ventilated areas and sustainable materials. A gas installation for heating and domestic hot water is provided, as well as preparation for air conditioning, which allows flexibility according to the preferences of the future owners.

The common areas are designed representatively and finished with quality flooring, wood details and accents of living vegetation, and the internal organization includes underground parking and practical solutions for convenience and maintenance. Domina is a suitable choice both for personal use and as a long-term investment in new construction.
