Boyana Sense

Boyana Sense is a low-rise residential complex, designed as a peaceful environment with an emphasis on spaciousness, natural light and a sense of more personal space. The concept relies on a limited number of apartments, separate courtyards for the apartments on the first levels and large terraces on the top floors, which creates a “house-like” format, but with the amenities of a modern building.

The project pays special attention to construction solutions and energy efficiency – monolithic reinforced concrete structure, brickwork and ventilated facade. Gas installation and the possibility of air conditioning are provided, as well as ventilation systems, which contribute to better indoor comfort. The courtyard environment is planned with landscaping and an irrigation system, and the internal organization is aimed at a more peaceful everyday life and minimizing car traffic in the alleys.
