"Antares Invest" is an investment company operating in the Republic of Bulgaria. Our main activity is the preparation of concepts and design, construction and management of buildings and real estate.
In the period from 2006 to 2015, the company has invested in the implementation of projects with a total gross area of ​​over 18,000 sq.m. of residential area in the cities of Varna and Balchik.
In 2016, the design of five new complexes in the city of Varna with a total built-up area of ​​over 16,000 sq.m. was launched. In them, the company, in addition to being an investor, also begins to participate in their construction and construction.
